The
COMPANY | | |
In 1969
Enrico and Rita Bocca
felt the need, thanks to the achieved experience of the past years, to place a
new company with all the characteristics for satisfying the more and more sophisticated
and increased requests of customers using blades. |
|
| LAMEBO
Company s.r.l. was established in this way, in San Mauro Torinese. That meant
also to accept the challenge of the foreign producers that during those years
prevailed uncontested on the Italian market. Well, in that far 1969, Lamebo Company
strarted its escalation, from San Mauro Torinese, specializing in the production
of blades used in some fields, such as tannery, shoe industry, fur industry, synthetic
materials, cork. The owners had to face many difficulties: in fact, considering
that the company was in a area where everything was moving around the motor field,
there were not external technical studies, interested in designing and building
the necessary machines for the production of blades.
|
Thanks
to many studies, a lot of patience and to the help of customers that needed an
alternative to the foreign product, the company achieved the most excellent targets
on the market, imposing a production with the characteristic of a high quality,
a good cutting precision and competitive prices. First of all, Lamebo
company became the most important Italian producer of splitting band knives, then
it started its escalation to the International market, too: so, a new phase of
expansion started, a phase that was accelerated by the entry of the daughter Miss
Gabriella Bocca, in
the company. | At
present, in the position of the leader on the market of blades, for what it concerns
the different fields, LAMEBO company, thanks to the experience and to the
technical and business know-how achieved, proposes to be a reliable and a qualified
interlocutor, in front of the exigencies and of problems of a very large practice.
Nowadays, Lamebo company has a sale network, all over the world through the
attendance to International exhibitions, technological seminars, agents, deposits,
assistance to customers. At present, to speak about Lamebo means to mention
a leader reality in the field of the splitting band knives. The Company:
- has 23 employees - has a turnover of more than 3 millions euro, that first
came from the national market, only, and that at present, is represented by 55-
70% from export - is sending blades to more than 1700 customers - is present
in 90 countries, in
the world. |
To improve its customer service, Lamebo applied for quality certification, initially
adhering to ISO 9001,
subsequently achieving the second step in certification - adapting its procedures
to that required by UNI EN ISO 9001:2000: Vision 2000. Encoded
management - sustains Gabriella
Bocca - involves better control of every function, especially for those
products, such as ours, which require maximum precision. Furthermore, in an increasingly
difficult and global market, a company with the desire to progress and improve
must make a commitment towards improving quality and constant renewal.
| Italy
has a great importance considering that absorbs 55% of the turnover. As
you can easily imagine, this market is followed with a great attention, considering
the kind of customers, that are very exacting and always looking for the most
high quality, both in tannery and in shoe industry fields. The International
market is a market in evolution thanks to some agents that have been working with
Lamebo company for many years. Gabriella
Bocca who is also responsible for the business, both, in Italy and abroad,
follows and meets customers and agents, personally, methodically, to communicate
requirements and requests, coming from different markets, to the technicians of
the production that work in contact with the Italian and foreign machine manufacturers..
Dynamic,
changeable, competitive: Lamebo advertisement too, reflects the qualities of the
company. Translated in different languages, it is a tangible mark of the
presence and of the reliability of the Lamebo company, as a whole. |
